2013 – A Year of Change and Making a Difference

Wow!!!  What an amazing year 2012 was, huh?  How was it for you?  It was an adventure a minute.  I experienced joy, sorrow, anger, fear, growth, setbacks, and I wouldn’t change any of it. You see, it’s helped me to grow into a better person, and realize that no matter what’s thrown at me, I can handle it.

And it only gets better from here.

So, 2012 is almost to a close and 2013 is knocking on the door.  My question to you is, are YOU ready?

Are you ready to:

  • Make a change for the better?
  • Stop blaming others?
  • Take action?
  • Do something?!?!?!

I have seen (and heard) so many complain about how life sucks or they’re in a crappy job, relationship, everyone is succeeding and they’re still struggling, not making the money they want, tired of living from paycheck to paycheck, yada, yada, yada.

Here’s a wake up call, that may sound a little harsh, but definitely worth hearing – NO ONE IS GOING TO GIVE YOU THE LIFE YOU WANT!!!!  If you’re not happy with something, change it!!!  Stop crying over spilled milk, stop the complaining, get off the pity party train and DO SOMETHING!!!

In case you don’t know this already, I work from home, and I am so happy to be able to stay home, raise my kids, contribute financially, help others along the way, work with those I CHOOSE to and continue to make a difference in people’s lives.  Now, don’t get me wrong, this is WORK…HARD WORK.  Nothing was handed to me on a silver platter, no one came along and said, “Hey, D, I know you’re not happy financially, personally, spiritually.  Here, let me fix it for you.”  Absolutely not!!!  I made the decision to go after the life I want.  My goals, my dreams, my nest egg, my success.

Every day I wake up and put in the time to create my dream life.  Some days are better than others, many times I fail, get stood up, told I’m wasting my time and should go out and get a “real job.”  If by “real job” you mean having someone else tell ME when I can eat, sleep, see my kids, determine my worth, when to take vacation, when to pee, when to breathe…thanks, but no thanks.  I’ve been there, done that, had my fill and won’t go back.  I’m in charge of my life – I determine my net worth, I determine who I work with, when I work, how long I work and how much I get paid, and let me tell you, it’s the best feeling ever!!!  For every setback, it’s one step closer to me reaching my goals.  No one is going to stop me.

So, what are YOU waiting for?

You put in 20-40+ hours a week for 50-52 weeks fulfilling someone else’s dreams.  Why?  Here’s why.  The promise is clear that when you put in so much effort every week, regardless of how much time you put in (most times more than your boss) at the end of the week, you get a check that doesn’t reflect your worth.  It’s almost second nature and accepted.  I’m here to tell you that if you put in that same amount of effort for a minimum of 5-10 hours/week working from home, you will create that dream life you seek.  I’m doing it, many members of my team are doing it, and we continue to help others every day do the same thing.

Why not you?  Why not NOW?

What’s the worst that can happen?  What are you afraid of?  What have you got to lose?  I’m here to tell you that you are worth more, you deserve more and we would love to help make that happen.  Knowledge is power, and all I ask is you seek the knowledge to make an informed decision.

I’ve partnered with a recession-proof company that specializes in:

  • Bridging the gap between finances in a down economy
  • Helping Moms and Dads stay home
  • Helping professionals earn additional income during slow months
  • Educating families on making their homes safer
  • Creating a reliable, supplemental income
  • Provide a solid Plan B
  • Help you create time freedom
  • And so much more

I am a wellness promoter and secondary income consultant.

I partner with others to help them open up wholesale accounts for a manufacturer; we set up a customer base that pays us both forever on those accounts because our customers maintain a monthly 95% reorder.  Would you like to sit down and take a serious look at this and see if you want to be one of my partners?

What have you got to lose?

I encourage you to take that first step in making 2013 your year of change.  That first step is always the hardest, but, once you make that decision, everything else will fall into place.  I’m excited about what I do.  I love waking up every morning and going to work down the hall.  I love helping others create their dream life and that can happen for you, too.  Get off that vicious cycle, reach out and learn more.  When you are ready to get started, please email me.  I’d love to hear from you; I’d love to help you.  I’m going to the mountaintop, others have come on board, and would love for you to take this exciting journey with us.  Are you coming?

Here’s to a great 2013.  I’ll see you at the top.

Please Don’t Waste My Time

If the title doesn’t reveal it, this is a rant.

I am a Wife.
I am a Mom of 3 active boys.
I have a family of 5.
I work from home.
I have a house to maintain.
I have finances to balance.
I workout 6-7 days a week.
I am a professional.

I am a BUSY woman.  Hence the title of my blog, “Diary of a Busy Mom.”

That being said, if I set time aside for you, have the common courtesy to hold up your end of the deal.  Now, don’t get me wrong; I understand that things come up, and life throws you a curve ball.  I get that – heck I LIVE that every day.  But understand, that while many may look at me as JUST a stay at home mom, who happens to work from home, I am VERY professional.  If I tell you I will call you at 10am ET, you better believe that when the clock strikes 10:00:00, your phone will ring, and that’s me calling.  If I set an appointment with you, that doesn’t give you free reign to bail on me at the last minute.  That is time I have set aside away from my family, away from other obligations, away from ME time, which I rarely get.

DON’T WASTE MY TIME!!!

My time is just as valuable as yours.  Please don’t insult my intelligence.  If you were to display such behavior at a JOB INTERVIEW, cancelling at the last minute, not only will you not get a second chance by that company, but your resume will end up at the bottom of the pile or even thrown away.  There are many out there who have been out of work for YEARS and would bend over backwards for the chance to showcase their talents.  You are expendable in the job market.

PLEASE DON’T WASTE MY TIME!!!

I offer people a second chance, hope, the chance to make a difference in their lives and the lives of others, and I continue to do so on a daily basis.

PLEASE DON’T WASTE MY TIME!!!

If you set an appointment with me, and that appointment is confirmed, if I don’t get 24 hours notice that you need to reschedule, you should feel obligated to keep that appointment.

PLEASE DON’T WASTE MY TIME!!!
