Dream Job

Call it a cliche; I love what I do. I love to work with those who share similar values and are mission-driven. Today, I sat down with a friend to share what I do. He has been approached by others who are also in this business and the experience was not very impressionable. It was off-putting in what he described as an individual who was very defensive, guarded and annoyed anytime he asked questions for clarification. What impressed him with me was how I shared the information, my willingness to answer his questions and my honesty. Right before I wrote this blog, I got on the phone with one of my new business builders to go over what’s going on for our wellness workshop tomorrow.
This isn’t for everyone, and that’s fine. Those who see the vision and want to change their lives will do what it takes to make it happen. I realize that not everyone will be on the same page as me, and we maintain our relationship. In my opinion, you shouldn’t lose friends over what you choose to do. Some will, some won’t, so what, move on.
Do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life. I love what I do and love to share it with others. I never know whose life I will change for the better, and that’s the beauty of it all. It’s a great way to pay it forward.
